Recruitment of experienced employees is difficult almost for any company. We are building outbound recruitment solutions that make hiring for hard-to-fill roles easier. With the help of our process and software, startups have successfully hired engineers, product managers, designers, sales and marketing specialists, C-level executives, and other roles. We are expanding to Berlin, therefore, growing our team and looking for a Head of Sales. The main aim of the role is to grow jobRely revenue 3x.
What you would do
  • Continue business development in Lithuania
  • Develop business opportunities in the new market - Berlin
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients
  • Build Sales team
What we expect
  • 5+ years of experience with B2B Sales (hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques: LinkedIn, email, demo calls)
  • In-depth knowledge of business development and account management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Fluent English and/or German
  • A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
Compensation package:
3,000 - 5,000 Eur brutto, plus bonuses.
