- Continue business development in Lithuania
- Develop business opportunities in the new market - Berlin
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients
- Build Sales team
- 5+ years of experience with B2B Sales (hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques: LinkedIn, email, demo calls)
- In-depth knowledge of business development and account management
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Fluent English and/or German
- A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
