- Sell recruitment services to technology companies in Lithuania and abroad, positioning our recruitment solutions as the key to attracting top-tier talent and supporting their growth needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop a recruitment strategy.
- Nurture candidate relationships and manage their experience through the hiring process, acting as a brand ambassador to present a compelling case for the company’s opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and manage the candidate process end-to-end, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- At least 3 year of sales and recruitment experience.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with social databases as LinkedIn, online tools for automation or workflow management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Passion about tech innovations.
- Fluent English and Lithuanian.
