This year, we are planning significant growth and expansion in London. Therefore, we are looking for a sales-driven recruiter to help us build and scale the business.
What you would do
  • Sell recruitment services to technology companies in Lithuania and abroad, positioning our recruitment solutions as the key to attracting top-tier talent and supporting their growth needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop a recruitment strategy.
  • Nurture candidate relationships and manage their experience through the hiring process, acting as a brand ambassador to present a compelling case for the company’s opportunities.
  • Schedule interviews and manage the candidate process end-to-end, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What we expect
  • At least 3 year of sales and recruitment experience.
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with social databases as LinkedIn, online tools for automation or workflow management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Passion about tech innovations.
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian.
