Therefore, we are building a Sales team and looking for Partnerships Development Executive. The main aim of the role is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Search for qualified leads
- Create outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
- Present jobRely services to potential clients via video calls
- Onboard potential clients introducing a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- 1+ year of experience with B2B Sales
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, demo calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Fluent English or German
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
