We are launching our SaaS product to help startups and recruiters find the right talents easier than before. We are looking for the right person to fill in the shoes of a Talent Acquisition Partner. The main aim of the role is to guide hiring managers through the recruitment process with the help of the jobRely SaaS.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
- Source and outreach potential candidates (jobRely automates this part and will save your time for these tedious tasks)
- Chat with potential candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Prepare and present progress reviews, suggest improvements
- Recruitment experience would be great! But it’s not a must. More important is to be eager to learn and grow
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with social databases as LinkedIn, online tools for automation or workflow management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Passion about tech innovations
- Fluent English or German
