We are launching our SaaS product to help startups and recruiters find the right talents easier than before. Therefore, we are building a Sales team and looking for Partnerships Development Executive. The main aim of the role is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
What you would do
  • Search for qualified leads
  • Create outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
  • Present jobRely services to potential clients via video calls
  • Onboard potential clients introducing a Talent Acquisition Specialist  
What we expect
  • 1+ year of experience with B2B Sales
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, demo calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Fluent English or German
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation package: 1,500 - 3,000 Eur brutto, plus bonuses.
