- Proactively search for candidates on LinkedIn
- Build qualified talent pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Later - engage potential candidates with the help of jobRely automation
- Recruitment experience would be great! But it’s not a must. More important is to be eager to learn and grow
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with social databases as LinkedIn, online tools for automation or workflow management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Passion about tech innovations
- Fluent English; fluent Lithuanian would be a great advantage.
